Cancellation of Bearer Shares
In accordance with Law 75/2016 and the Ministry of Finance Notice no. 1388 dated 23/05/2025, please be informed that the deadline for converting bearer shares into registered (nominal) shares has been extended until July 6, 2026.
This notice is relevant to the following issuers:
- HOLCIM (LIBAN) S.A.L.
- SOCIETE LIBANAISE DES CIMENTS BLANCS S.A.L
- CASINO DU LIBAN S.A.L.
- SOCIETE FINANCIERE ET IMMOBILIERE DU PORT DE BEYROUTH S.A.L
- SOCIETE MIXTE DU FROID S.A.L.
