EL Points Reward Program
Visa Signature, Visa Signature Euro, Visa Gold Euro, and Visa Classic cardholders are automatically enrolled in our reward loyalty program EL Points.
With each use of Visa Signature, Visa Signature Euro, Visa Gold in Euro and Visa Classic cards to settle purchases in Lebanon and abroad (excluding ATM withdrawals), you earn points that you can exchange for a gift voucher.

For Visa Signature and Visa Signature Euro cards:
| 1 USD spent by card = 1 EL Point |
For Visa Gold in Euro and Visa Classic cards:
| 1 USD spent by card = 0.5 EL Point |
Points are accumulated by card per calendar year.
Visa Signature and Visa Signature Euro cardholders need to accumulate a minimum of 5 000 EL Points by card to be able to redeem their reward points for a 50$ (or c/v in LBP) gift voucher.
Visa Gold Euro and Visa Classic cardholders need to accumulate a minimum of 5 000 EL Points by card to be able to redeem their reward points for a 25$ (or c/v in LBP) gift voucher.
Points earned throughout the year can be redeemed until March of the following year.

► ABC Department Store gift card
A gift card from ABC Department store that can be used in all ABC Department stores in Lebanon.
► Intertravel gift card:
A gift card issued by Intertravel S.A.L at the request of the Bank.Intertravel S.A.L is a traveling agency that offers an extensive range of travel products and services: Air tickets, packages to worldwide destinations, tours, cruises, hotel reservations, car rental, etc...

Use of this gift card constitutes acceptance of these terms:
▪ Card can be redeemed as per stated amount by any travel services from any Intertravel S.A.L branch, partially or in full, until the value is depleted.
▪ Card may not be used to purchase other gift cards.
▪ Card is the property of its bearer and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
▪ Card is non-cashable and non-transferable and cannot be redeemed via telephone, mail or internet.
▪ Card is valid for only 24 months. After this period, the card will be utterly depleted.
▪ Intertravel S.A.L and/or Emirates Lebanon Bank S.A.L reserve the right to amend the card terms and conditions when deem fit.
► Abed Tahan gift card:
A gift card issued by Abed Tahan at the request of the Bank that can be used in all Abed Tahan stores in Lebanon.
Use of this gift card constitutes acceptance of these terms:
▪ The gift card has no expiration date.
▪ The gift card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
▪ The gift card should be treated like cash. Lost, stolen or destroyed cards will not be replaced.
▪ The gift card cannot be redeemed for cash.
▪ Abed Tahan and/or Emirates Lebanon Bank S.A.L reserve the right to amend the card terms and conditions when deem fit.
►JouéClub gift card:
A gift card issued by JouéClub at the request of the Bank that can be used in all JouéClub stores in Lebanon.
Use of this gift card constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions:
▪ The card may be used to pay for purchases at JouéClub until the balance is depleted.
▪ Treat this card as cash.
▪ Reports of lost, stolen or unauthorized cards will not be accepted.
▪ The card may not be returned, refunded or used to purchase other gift cards.
▪ The card expires after 6 months from date of activation.
▪ Card balance may be checked at any JouéClub branch.
A gift voucher issued by Spinneys at the request of the Bank that can be used in all Spinneys stores in Lebanon.
►A House of Excellence gift card:
A gift card issued by House of Excellence at the request of the Bank .
Use of this gift card constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions:
▪ The card is applicable on the regular retail price all taxes included and for a one time purchase only.
▪ The card is not redeemable for cash nor applicable in sales period.
▪ Reports of lost, stolen or unauthorized cards will not be accepted.
▪ The card is valid within expiry date at Bose City Center - Hazmieh and Bose Sin El-Fil, House of Excellence, Verdun and Antaki Group Sin EL-Fil.
►A Beytech gift card:
A gift card issued by Beytech at the request of the Bank .
Use of this gift card constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions:
▪ The card can be used for full or partial payment on products sold in store.
▪ The card can neither be exchanged nor redeemed for cash.
▪ Balance can be checked in store or online.
▪ The card is valid for one year from date of activation.
▪ Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
▪ Through SMS messages sent by the Bank at the end of each month displaying the number of accumulated points.
